The Indian government has rejected the industry’s demand for relaxation of a condition under the new companies law that makes it mandatory for them to disclose details of money given to political parties.

Previous StoryGujarat High Court has ruled that the conciliation period of six months cannot be waived to get divorce decree, only Supreme Court of India has the power to grant relaxation in such cases by invoking the doctrine of irretrievable breakdown of marriage.
Next StoryThe Supreme Court of India has ruled that the red beacon can only be used by high dignitaries holding constitutional posts while on duty. The apex court also banned private individuals from using siren in their vehicles and directed the authorities to take punitive action against those doing so.
